Playfull Parents

When adults feel grounded, supported, and emotionally regulated, children thrive naturally.

Welcome to Playfull Parents, an Erasmus+ project dedicated to helping adults build healthier, more playful relationships with children through practical tools and a unique philosophy of connection.

What we do

We design accessible, evidence-based tools that help adults:

Understand their own emotions and reactions,

Reduce stress and strengthen resilience,

Communicate more clearly and compassionately,

Reconnect with their natural sense of curiosity and play,

Build deeper connections with children through everyday interactions.

Our Philosophy: Play as Connection

We believe play is more than just fun—it’s the fundamental language of connection. Our approach is grounded in the idea that fostering a playful spirit within adults is the key to unlocking deeper, more resilient, and joyful relationships with children. It’s about creating moments of shared understanding and delight, building a foundation of trust that lasts a lifetime.

Who We Support

Playful Parents serves a wide community:

  • Parents and caregivers, seeking practical support in daily family life.
  • Professionals working with families—psychologists, counsellors, social workers, and educators.
  • Trainers and facilitators delivering workshops for adults.
  • Schools, community centres, and family organisations, looking for structured tools to support caregivers.
  • Anyone who wants to understand themselves better to support children better.

Our materials are designed to meet adults where they are—in the realities of everyday life, balancing work, responsibilities, and emotional load.
